(New story now underway: Who Says Love Can't Sweep You Off Your Feet? A love-hate romance.)

For him, the greatest pain is not being powerless as he watches the girl he loves most die before his eyes.

It is that, in the ten years since she left, there has been someone by his side constantly reminding him that she was once here.

But you are still the one I cannot forget.

I dedicate this story to the purest, most cherished high school romance, an age of love that could never last forever.
