Immortal Venerable, Please Behave Yourself

[Luo Ying x Qiu Ran. Cool and abstinent immortal master gong x sickly, pampered acting-king shou.]

Qiu Ran is so rattled by a storybook tale about his father that he has nightmares every day. He thinks his father will soon meet the tragic ending in the story: disgraced in his old age and ruined beyond redemption...

As a beautiful, fragile, pitiful, and sickly young demon lord, he needs a strong backer so he can eat, drink, and wait for death. So he decides to find his father a partner.

The Linshu Demon Realm is renowned throughout the Three Realms for its formidable, warlike people, yet they have one stain they can never wash away.

Their young lord is famously useless in a fight.

Just when they're at their wits' end, another bolt from the blue strikes them:

The Demon Lord is taking a wife! Gender doesn't matter, and neither does species...

Qiu Ran sets his sights on immortal masters and demon lords from other realms, determined to get his father a partner this year.

When Qiu Ran, dragging his sickly body along, meets Immortal Master Yun Su, his eyes light up. "Want to fight?"

Immortal Master Yun Su lives up to his reputation. Qiu Ran gets beaten so badly he can't even get up.

Qiu Ran, trembling: "It's him."

The next day, Qiu Ran likes Immortal Master Yun Su more and more, but his injuries are so severe that he faints in the rain and stays there all day.

When he wakes up, he finds that Immortal Master Yun Su's gaze has grown increasingly strange.

Immortal Master Luo Ying returns from his tribulation, only to find himself out of place in the Divine Realm. His senior brothers keep flaunting their romances, so he decisively chooses to descend to the mortal world.

A partner?

Ha!

That would only slow down his sword!

One morning, the immortal master wakes up after drinking and finds a huge hole smashed into his front door. He's completely bewildered.

That is, until he sees the bedraggled youth lying at his doorstep, and immediately understands.

The youth reveals a beautiful profile, every move utterly alluring. "You..."

Tsk! Playing hard to get!

That day, the immortal master stares at the youth for a long while. Once he's sure the youth admires him, he turns away with impeccable dignity, immortal energy swirling around him and his robes fluttering, distant and untouchable.

The youth is beautiful and badly injured. The immortal master has a look at his very limited conscience, then turns around and carries his one and only admirer home.

The immortal master beams with delight: "He likes me that much!"

Qiu Ran: "..."

Theme: Stay positive and keep moving forward.
