My Ex Won Over My Best Guy Friend

Qi Huachen was my best friend Li Ziwen's ex-boyfriend.

NPD. Narcissistic personality disorder.

He drove my best friend to the brink of suicide several times.

I spent a month getting close to him and ingratiating myself with him.

He thought he had hooked me.

He sent hundreds of messages, waited outside my building, and crouched by my knees, saying, "I can't leave."

He thought I understood him.

He thought he had found the one person who wouldn't tell him to reflect on himself.

He pressed close to my ear and said, "I love you," and, "You're the first, and the only one."

I smiled.

I said, "Qi Huachen, Li Ziwen is my friend."

Theme: Love yourself.
