I'm a Mermaid's Dog

Mutual taming vs. forced love vs. a beautiful madman vs. neither top nor bottom

They say there are man-eating merfolk in Ailao Mountain, but the retired soldier Wang Ye refuses to believe it.

Armed with chili peppers and menthol balm, and carrying a large fishing net, he goes out alone and hauls the thing up! He names it Wang Ergou.

He wears it down, tames it, starves it, and forces it, using every trick he can think of to make the fish submit and acknowledge him as its master.

But the fish won't be tamed, and he's the one who falls in love first.

He builds it a waterslide and prepares sea salt for it. When he can't sleep at night, all he can think about is that face.

At last, he can't hold back and jumps into the pool.

They kiss, make out, and sleep together.

When he wakes and looks down, scales have grown on his feet. "Damn it, I got myself hooked."

Later, Wang Ergou grows legs. He grips Wang Ye's chin and smiles, gentle yet cruel. "You taught me this. Now it's my turn."

Theme: In the end, taming is always a two-way street
