Wu Ning's greatest wish in life was to finally outshine Gu Ruoshu.

The Wu and Gu families were old friends, and Wu Ning had been compared to Gu Ruoshu from childhood onward. Wu Ning: What kind of deranged trending topic is this? Gu Ruoshu was clearly drunk and kept trying to fall against me. I was just standing my ground and refusing her.

With no other option, Wu Ning gritted her teeth and used her anti-fan alt account to dissect the video frame by frame.

She meant to shift the blame and clear her name, but to her surprise, her analysis gradually changed the narrative. The argument started looking like the kind of private flirtation only couples share.

Even Gu Ruoshu liked her analysis video and commented: "That's exactly right. That's how it happened."

Seeing the screen flooded with comments saying they were shipping them, Wu Ning fell apart. Damn Gu Ruoshu, why comment on it for no reason? I'm not here to ship us!

What was even worse, one time Wu Ning was slacking off and forgot to switch accounts. Her verified celebrity account posted a fanfic about the couple.

The next second, Gu Ruoshu liked and reposted it with the caption: "This is so well written 🥺"
