Ace Volleyball Coach

After Yamabuki Masaki was injured and diagnosed as unable to compete at a high level again, he retired with regrets. He swore he would become an excellent coach and help more people fall in love with volleyball.

After he recovered from his injury, MSBY sent him an invitation to join the team as an assistant coach. The moment he looked at the email, a bell suddenly rang in his mind.

"Ding-dong!"

Something that looked like a video game interface appeared in front of him, nearly sending Yamabuki to the psychiatry department next door.

Before setting off, he took a careful look at the interface.

Huh?!

What do you mean I can see everyone's potential for growth and stats? Why would I be an assistant coach, then? Why not scout hidden gems at middle and high schools and start my own club instead?!

Yamabuki Masaki, whose family owned a major company and who certainly wasn't short on money, had stars in his eyes. He completely abandoned his plan to see a psychiatrist.

[The synopsis may change later, but the premise won't. The story begins when Hinata has just started middle school. The protagonist is 26 and the starting setter for the national team.]

[Potential spoiler 1: Players discovered by the protagonist will join the new club founded by Yamabuki after graduation.]

[Potential spoiler 2: The original plot will be changed considerably. For example, Udai Tenma will play professionally and join the new club founded by Yamabuki.]

Theme: Give people who love volleyball a chance
