A new century dawns, and technology advances. Yet in the shadows, unknown curses and eerie urban legends lie in wait. Chiyо Shizuma is assigned to deal with these supernatural cases, and on her very first day, she runs into her ex-boyfriend, reincarnated. The good news is, he still doesn't remember her. The bad news is, he's fallen for her all over again.

Kengo Manaka fell in love with Chiyo at first sight. The second time they met, she stabbed him. The third time, he was in a hospital bed confessing his feelings to her.
