After Marrying an Amoral Bioroid [Nonhuman]

The previous outline had problems, so it's being rewritten.

Xi Xi is a low-class human living in the slums, whom the upper class call a rat.

She finds a strange human in a garbage heap.

His pale, cold body is subtly different from a human's. Deep blue blood flows beneath his wounds, and electricity leaks from his seams.

She takes him home. This defective model might wake up tomorrow and leave on his own, or he might never wake up at all.

*

279 is the military's ultimate weapon. Only killing can make the central system release dopamine and feel pleasure.

He wakes in a cramped residential building and detects a soft life-form beside him.

Species: E-class human.

Sex: Female.

Assessment: Social value approaching zero. A human rat raised in captivity by the Federation for experiments.

Threat level: Zero.

Anomaly: Killing mode not activated. Dopamine secretion index rising. Cause under investigation.

*

279 needs a new identity, so he finds the low-class human who saved him.

He and Xi Xi get married. She's a low-class human, a rat, and his wife.

*

"We're married." It's such a useful excuse.

He always says that to Xi Xi.

Then she quietly leans against him, letting him do as he pleases.

Wife. The word has taken on a different meaning.

He likes it very much. The System never told him what "liking" meant.

*

An unfamiliar, novel desire burns intensely, driven by a hunger that confuses him. It isn't the desire to kill. It's a desire for Xi Xi, brought on by her.

So when Xi Xi runs away, it feels like a thorn driven between his brows.

She ran. An endless loneliness surges over him like a tide, drowning his nose and mouth.

[Target has escaped. Target has escaped. Target has escaped.]

He needs her.

He needs to find her, see her, smell her, and make sure she's still beside him, breathing, calling to him, looking at him with her gentle eyes, and feeling him with her warm fingertips.

Content warnings:

Both leads are virgins.

Honest, low-class human woman x amoral human-machine.

Written for niche tastes.

Nonhuman male lead. Not a strong female lead. The male lead has little sense of morality.

A little coercive possession, followed by the male lead desperately pursuing his wife in the middle and later parts.

A hamster-like little sister, sweet and kind.

Theme: Love is good medicine.
