At twenty-five, Yin Qing loved his older brother to death.
That twisted, stubborn, and crazed love was like a thorny vine, torturing them both. It was so painful that Yin Qing sometimes wondered if he should let go.
But the next time he saw his brother's face, those gentle, sea-like eyes, he would forget all that pain completely and rush back into his arms as happily as a fledgling returning to its nest.
“Love me, Brother. Let's keep entangling ourselves like this forever.”
Yin Qing smiled, feeling so happy.
Unfortunately, he seemed to be the only one swept away by this vast, tumultuous flood of emotion. At eighteen, in the heat of youth, Yin Qing developed an outrageous desire for the brother who had raised and spoiled him. His brother had loved him so intensely for so long that Yin Qing took it for granted that his feelings would be returned.
“No.”
His brother's eyes were as cold as ice, making him shiver. “Xiao Qing, we're just brothers.”
Why?
At eighteen, selfish and unable to understand, Yin Qing felt wronged by his brother's rejection. His extreme love drowned him like the sea. He couldn't bear to be alone, so he resolved to drag his brother down with him.
It was a terrible, irredeemable decision.
From eighteen to twenty-five, Yin Qing took advantage of his brother's guilt, pity, and love for him. He loved his brother's body, so he grew jealous of anyone who came near him. He loved his brother's smile, so he resented every smile that wasn't meant for him.
I love him so much. I hate him so much.
I hate him so much. I love him so much.
These twisted feelings of love and hate tore at his nerves, turning him into a possessive demon who knew only how to take.
So, naturally, his brother chose silence and distance in the face of a hysterical younger brother who had gone astray and refused to change.
No more intimate embraces, no more tender kisses. Only distance and coldness remained.
It seemed that love had vanished, too.
At last, Yin Qing was afraid. At last, he realized he'd been charging into a wall until his head was bloody. He cried, trying to stir his brother's affection for him, but the other man remained unmoved.
Yin Qing's eyelashes trembled. Through his tear-blurred vision, he realized his brother had become so thin.
He reached out, hoping to hold the man's hand, only to realize he had become even thinner.
Was he wrong? It hurt so much.
But all he wanted was his brother's love.
Choked by his thick, dark emotions, Yin Qing swallowed his sobs. His last words sounded like the final cry for help of a drowning man.
“Do you love me, Brother?” Yin Qing choked out. “Does my love make you suffer?”
His brother said, “I'm tired. Let's end this.”
Yin Qing slowly closed his eyes and drowned alone in that sea.
When he opened his eyes again, Yin Qing found, to his amazement, that he was back at eighteen.
He hadn't confessed to his brother yet. He hadn't selfishly begun that seven-year ordeal. He was still the most adorable, prettiest Xiao Qing in his brother's eyes.
Yin Qing trembled all over, hunched over as tears streamed down his face.
His brother noticed. A warm, broad palm cupped his face as he soothed him. “What's wrong, Xiao Qing?”
Patiently, a thumb wiped away his tears. The man bent down and kissed Yin Qing's forehead. “What happened? Who upset you?”
Yin Qing shook his head and clung tightly to him. “No one... No one bullied me.”
He smiled, his eyes curving, as tears fell. “I missed you so much.”
I'll let you go, Brother.
It's all right if you don't love me. I won't torment you anymore. From now on, we're just brothers.

Another deliciously dark and toxic feast! Fake incest: they aren't blood-related.
This time, the love-struck younger brother is the pursuer. Xiao Qing is an extreme brother-con, madly in love with his brother, and a spoiled little cat who gets away with anything.
After being reborn, Xiao Qing learns his lesson and doesn't cross the line again. But his feelings for his brother haven't completely faded, so he turns his attention to other people instead.
Then comes the much-anticipated plot where his brother completely loses it. According to the idea in my head, it'll be pretty twisted and toxic. I can't help it, that's my thing (cheerfully).
His brother will gradually remember his past-life memories later on, and lose it even more.
If I write the whole thing, it'll probably be a short story. The ending will be one-on-one, though there might be multiple partners along the way. His brother is the endgame. I can't help it, I'm craving this twisted, toxic incest feast too much.
