Those Years a Cat Managed a Zoo

Haicheng's monster prison was restructured and opened to the public as Haicheng Zoo. Li Zhuoyu, a cat spirit who used to be a prison guard, became a zoo employee.

The zoo was just getting started, so the little cat spirit had to patrol every day as well as handle the zoo's daily management.

“Director Li, a visitor says the tigers in the tiger enclosure seem unwell and asks if there's something wrong with them.”

The little cat spirit made a round of the tiger enclosure, then posted an announcement: “The tiger enclosure staff have been slacking off. They will be disciplined as follows...”

Tiger spirit: “!”

“Director Li, the Monkey Mountain election is underway. You need to attend.”

Visitors to the zoo were astonished to see the monkeys gathered on Monkey Mountain, while the little cat sat at the summit with its ears perked up, listening intently and occasionally chiming in with a few meows.

“Director Li, the snakes in the snake enclosure have been frightening visitors lately. Would you like to go check on them?”

The little cat spirit got ready, then trotted over on its tiny paws, carrying a toy sword in its mouth, and hung it from a tree branch in the snake enclosure.

The snake, once imprisoned after failing to ascend to dragonhood when it encountered the Dragon-Slaying Sword: “...”

Humiliation. This was blatant humiliation!

A new zoo opened in Haicheng. The animals inside were full of energy every day and loved interacting with people, earning it rave reviews.

Before long, it was named the most popular zoo, and on the outstanding employees' display board by the entrance was a passport-style photo of the little cat, looking solemnly straight ahead.

Unbelievable! The little cat with an astonishing attendance record was an outstanding employee!
