Farming in the Zoldyck Back Mountains

Daisy woke up reborn ten years in the past, the year she had just become a trainee butler. Back then, her sharp mind and formidable skills had earned her the Zoldyck family's approval, along with the rare privilege of warming the eldest Zoldyck son's bed, getting pregnant, and bearing his child. Only she knew how exhausting it was to deal with a Zoldyck. Illumi was the most twisted and least tolerant of anyone in the family.

So, in this new life, Daisy would rather grow crops on the Zoldyck estate's back mountain, cultivate poisons for the household, and invent new dishes than get close to those ill-tempered masters again.

In her past life, the person Lance envied most was Daisy. She was the only butler to win the approval of every Zoldyck and earn the privilege of bearing an heir for the household.

When Lance opened her eyes again, she discovered she had been reborn in the year she first became a Zoldyck butler. Back then, she had been assigned to the medicinal fields on the back mountain as a groundskeeper. Unfortunately, her immediate superior was capricious and treated the butlers like test subjects, using them to test drugs at the slightest whim. The poisons gradually rotted Lance's hands, robbed her of her voice, disfigured her, and eventually took her life.

In this life, Lance swore she would rise above everyone else, become a butler at Illumi's side, and be the only woman standing beside the eldest Zoldyck son.

Daisy discovered that her superior, who managed the medicinal fields, was unpredictable. But thanks to her memories of her past life, she saved him during an accident in a drug development project, preventing him from losing both legs. From then on, she earned his trust and was allowed to study pharmacology and prepare medicines under his guidance. The household even took a liking to the newly developed poisons.

Lance discovered that the eldest son of the Zoldyck family had a truly terrifying personality. Whenever she failed to understand him immediately, he would use those cold, thin lips to pronounce the cruelest punishments imaginable. She barely survived them, and seriously doubted she would live long enough to get pregnant.

The head of the Zoldyck family was struck by a strange poison while working, but at a critical moment, Daisy found one of the ingredients needed to cure him and helped him detoxify successfully;

The eldest young master was poisoned with a powerful drug. With a Zoldyck's constitution, he could have endured it until the poison wore off. Instead, he took Daisy in the laboratory, reasoning: "If I can get rid of the poison faster this way, why should I make myself suffer?"

Illumi was still as much of a bastard as he had been in her past life.

To her surprise, after getting a taste of a woman's charms, the eldest young master began showing up at her dormitory all the time.

Drawing on her memories of her past life, Lance accused the back mountain's poison laboratory of mixing unfinished poisons that the body could not break down into the household's food. She wanted to take down the doctor in charge of the poison lab, her old enemy, as well as that bitch Daisy.

Why had Daisy gotten so many accolades in her past life and still been able to live so comfortably this time, while Lance had to live like a lowly rat through the eldest young master's endless torment?

Her accusation failed.

Lance couldn't believe it. She begged frantically for the food to be tested again. The poison in it was absolutely dangerous!

But what awaited her was an even harsher punishment.

Illumi had run out of patience with her.

1. Illumi and the heroine Daisy are endgame, and both are sexually inexperienced.

2. In this new life after being reborn, Illumi still likes Daisy's type.

3. The heroine is smart, capable, good at dealing with people, and a smooth talker. She's a well-rounded powerhouse.
