Squeak! A Mouse's Life Is in Danger!

Shu Youjing has loved cats since he was a child.

But the first time he petted one, an allergy to cat fur triggered an asthma attack that killed him.

When he opened his eyes again, he had arrived in a world full of cats.

The good news: His asthma was gone, and so was his cat allergy.

The bad news: He was a hamster.

As a big cat's paw pressed him into a little rodent pancake, he had a sudden idea. "I can cure feline distemper!"

In the cat apocalypse, Shu Youjing, who had awakened a healing ability, managed to save his life for the time being.

"Come over and get brushed. How can you skip your cat grass? Want to cough up another hairball?"

Cats several times bigger than little Hammy obediently lay down in front of him, exposing their soft bellies and letting him do as he pleased.

Cats are born to hunt mice.

Every time a cat enjoyed being petted, it couldn't help licking Shu Youjing until he was soaked from head to toe.

"Your rough tongue hurts!" The mouse gets angry, and the cat gets a beating.

The big cats grew closer and closer to Shu Youjing.

Only one cat often watched the mouse's every move from the shadows. "Betray the big cats, and I'll eat you."

This was the leader of the cats, the proud Maine Coon King.

Shu Youjing diligently treated the cats and got along with them amicably, terrified that the Cat King would eat him if he got in a bad mood.

What he didn't expect was that a supernova would explode, giving all the big cats human forms over two meters tall and human intelligence.

He alone remained a little one-meter-seventy-tall gourd.

He thought the big cats would abandon him, but as soon as the research institute was established, its director respectfully invited him to serve as an adviser.

Even the leader, who was always cold toward him, changed his attitude after seeing his human face.

But the other man's gaze was so intense that Shu Youjing always felt like he was about to be eaten as a meal.

So he deliberately avoided the leader.

Unexpectedly, in the end, the leader still caught him around his slender waist with his big cat tail. "Where do you think you're going?"

Shu Youjing heard the other man swallow and burst into tears in fright.

Just as he thought: that evil leader really was going to eat him!
