The Empress's Rebellion: A Rise to Power [Sky Screen Livestream]

A future project: A sky screen livestream story. I've had lots of ideas for this new concept lately, so I might start it soon!

The heroine is a native of this world, a clever, decisive, formidable woman from ancient times who rises to become emperor. A supporting character has transmigrated.

A pure power fantasy. My highest ambition is to have fun writing it and for my lovely readers to have fun reading it!

Synopsis

Qi Youhe is the ninth princess of Daqing. Her father is hailed by the people as the greatest ruler in Daqing's history: a man of extraordinary vision, decisive and ruthless, who raised the Daqing dynasty to its peak.

Yet all that glory and splendor seems to have nothing to do with Qi Youhe. She is the daughter of a palace maid and an unimportant princess. Qi Youhe's mother is a beautiful, frail woman who seems to have spent all the strength she had in giving birth to her. She never competes for anything, living like a shadow in the palace.

Ever since Qi Youhe could remember, she had never seen her father except at banquets attended by the entire palace, much less spoken a single word to him.

Perhaps her father didn't even remember that he had a daughter living in Yongxiang.

Then one day, a gigantic sky screen suddenly appeared in the heavens.

[Hello, everyone! Today we're starting a new series. Let's chat about the love and hatred within the old Qi family of Daqing, and the history of the coups spanning the decades from the end of the Youyuan era to the beginning of the Zhaoyuan era. It's nonstop excitement, so wild it could make Emperor Youyuan kick open his coffin! There's always more gossip to enjoy, and no rebellion we wouldn't dare to start!]

At first, Qi Youhe, who was pleading desperately at the Imperial Medical Office for a bowl of medicine for typhoid, didn't take the sky screen seriously. It was all about her brothers and the ministers, after all. Coups and rebellions were too far removed from her life. What she needed most right now was a bowl of medicine that could save her mother's life.

Until she heard the sky screen speak again.

[...This video will begin with the eventful life of Yongjia, the princess of Emperor Youyuan, empress to the deposed Emperor Qing, and Emperor Zhaoyuan of Daqing, Qi Youhe.]

Qi Youhe: ?

Who?

Her father was only thirty-seven and already had thirteen princes. How had she ended up becoming emperor?

Qi Youhe fell into confusion and deep thought. Remembering that the sky screen had opened with a history of rebellions, she couldn't help taking a sharp breath.

Wait, this is about me!

2. This is a work of imagination. The author made it all up.

3. It's probably going to be a power fantasy. Our Youhe will kill, kill, kill her way across all of Daqing.
