The Qin Family Diner [Gourmet]

On the waiting list. It should be my next-next project!

Qin Jue, a palace chef who has cooked in the imperial kitchens for more than a decade, is used and framed. She is thrown in prison and sentenced to immediate execution. While awaiting her death, she has a strange dream one day.

In the dream, she sees the entire life of a girl with the same name as her. The girl's life is bizarre and fantastical, utterly unlike her own.

She never expects that when she opens her eyes, she will have become the Qin Jue from her dream.

Qin Jue is a troubled girl who eloped with her boyfriend at fifteen and was gone for three years. After the scumbag dumped her, heartbroken, she jumped into a river and died.

When Qin Jue opens her eyes, she finds herself in a hospital bed, with her anxious parents before her and her twin younger siblings, who are still in elementary school.

It takes Qin Jue several days to understand the situation.

For the past three years, her parents have quit their jobs and taken odd work to search for her. They have nearly spent all their savings and piled up debts with relatives. Her aunts and uncles come to demand repayment every few days, while her two younger siblings are small and skinny, quiet and withdrawn.

Qin Jue looks at her parents, who have not uttered a word of complaint and patiently care for her despite everything, and sighs. Now that she has come here and been given another chance at life, she will never let her parents and siblings live like this again!

So Qin Jue returns to her old profession and opens a restaurant.

At first, she only wants to make sure her family has enough food and clothing, her parents can enjoy their old age, and her younger siblings can study without worry. She never expects that with the whole family's hard work, the Qin family's little restaurant will grow famous and become a nationwide culinary sensation.

A lively, heartwarming food story about the everyday life of a family.

A whole family happily works toward a better life!

Content notes: 1. There is a romance, but very little of it, and it probably comes much later. The main focus is on the whole family working hard to run their little restaurant!

2. The author has never run a restaurant, so some details may not reflect reality. Just enjoy the story, and feel free to share your suggestions!
