He’s So Cute, He Can’t Possibly Be a Villain!

Xu Song is a low-ranking Alpha. Compared to other strong, muscular men, he's short, skinny, and underdeveloped, with delicate, fair features that make him look more like an Omega than an Omega does.

The trouble is, everyone around him is a top-tier Alpha, nearly two meters tall, with broad shoulders, narrow waists, long legs, and washboard abs and sculpted chests. Each one could kill a star beast with a single punch.

Xu Song is intensely jealous of them, and feels inferior, too.

In public, he wears oversized black glasses and loose clothes to hide a face and figure with none of the imposing Alpha look.

In private, he is always secretly tripping up the higher-ranked Alphas around him. He can't wait to see these darlings of fate fall from their pedestals and become despised useless losers.

Xu Song thinks he's a villain, completely unlikable, and that everyone around him hates him.

That cool, handsome boy next door is always coming up to him. Isn't he just showing off his perfect body and making fun of Xu Song for being a weakling?

The refined, steady student council president speaks to everyone else with warmth and ease, but whenever he's around Xu Song, he hesitates, then looks away as if he can't stand to meet his eyes.

His online crush, his roommate, is obviously an Alpha pretending to be an Omega while dating him online. Xu Song knows the guy is deliberately messing with him, just using him for a laugh and to pass the time.

And all those Betas and Omegas are always whispering behind his back. Who knows how many awful things they've said about him?

But the clueless Xu Song has no idea how these Alphas, Betas, and Omegas he dislikes, and is convinced dislike him in return, actually look at him with burning, adoring eyes.

They all think the same thing:

Our little Song is so cute.

What a precious baby, just begging to be cherished.

Like a stray kitten hiding in a dim street corner, secretly watching humans.

Fragile, sweet, dewy-eyed, and so beautiful it's almost unfair.

Even when he leaves dirty paw prints all over someone's clothes, there's no way to hate him.
