A Second Life Starting from the Limit

Lin Fen lived an ordinary life free of illness and disaster, and passed away peacefully.

Her life wasn't especially painful or especially happy. No matter how big the problem was, she could just put up with it until it passed.

When she opened her eyes again, she found herself on a wilderness survival show. The name tag on her chest gave her a new name: Lin Fan.

In an interview, the real eighty-year-old granny Lin Fan insisted that she wanted to quit.

Reporter: Didn't you say when you signed up that you were determined to win the two million yuan prize?

Two million?!

Lin Fan had lived her whole life without ever leaving the mountains. She'd never heard of so much money.

She immediately changed her tune. "That's right! I'm still, um... determined to win the championship!"

In the face of online mockery, Lin Fan put her mountain-dweller's survival skills to good use and won the competition.

At the time, she thought winning the championship was the end. She never imagined it was only the beginning of her life.

From an illiterate country granny, she learned to read and write, was discovered by an adventure company for her talent, and became a highly sought-after extreme sports athlete...
