[Cool, Abstinent, Wife-Doting Top x Willful, Short-Tempered Painter Bottom]

Synopsis:

Lu Qiyu goes bankrupt. On his first day of working after dropping out of school, his nemesis comes knocking, tosses him a bank card, and arrogantly says he wants to "hire" him.

Cheng Shuyan: Be my housekeeper, and I’ll pay off your debts. I’ll give you a hundred thousand a month. Deal?

Lu Qiyu: Sure, why not? I’ll make sure to take excellent care of you, Mr. Cheng.

On my first day at Yujing Junting, you want me to cook? Fine, I’ll blow up your kitchen.

Cheng Shuyan: As long as you’re okay, that’s what matters. Uncle Lin, get someone in to fix it.

On my second day at Yujing Junting, you want me to sweep? Oh no, how did that vase break? And how did this window crack? And why is there a mouse in the wardrobe? It’s chewed holes in all the clothes!

Cheng Shuyan: ...I’ll deduct the damages from your wages. The vase was three million, the window five hundred thousand, the clothes one and a half million. I’ll give you a friendly fifty percent discount. You owe me two and a half million now.

Lu Qiyu: You miser! Pah!

On my nth day at Yujing Junting, I’m 13.2 million in debt. I’m numb. I’ll probably never pay it off in this lifetime.

Cheng Shuyan: Marry me under a contract, and I’ll give you fifty million in three years.

Lu Qiyu: You want me to sell my ass? Dream on.

Cheng Shuyan: Pay me back now. 13.2 million.

Lu Qiyu: You bastard!

A month into their contract marriage, Lu Qiyu accidentally enters his nemesis’s secret room and finds its walls covered in photos of himself.

???

Oh no, his nemesis might have a crush on him!

[PS: 1. A sweet married-first, love-later story, monogamous pairing, both pure, with childbirth.

2. The bottom is a little emperor. Readers who only like the top, beware.

3. The bottom secondarily differentiates from an Alpha into an Omega. The main story begins with the contract marriage.]

Theme: Love means helping someone soar, giving them the sky to fly free.
