The Divine Fortune-Teller

A scholar in Luoyang suddenly died. His mother accused her daughter-in-law, Ye Shourou, and her lover, Liu Jingheng, of having an affair and murdering her husband.

After investigating, the authorities found the evidence conclusive: the scholar Xiang Yong had indeed died of arsenic poisoning.

Yet Ye Shourou and Liu Jingheng both denied it, refusing to admit to poisoning Xiang Yong even under torture.

The diviner Xiyin was born with yin-yang eyes and could discern the past and future.

That night, a female ghost suddenly appeared at her door, begging Xiyin to save someone and openly admitting that she had killed the scholar.

A coquettish tofu seller, an elegant young scholar, a modest and kindhearted scholar, and a female ghost who appeared out of nowhere.

What is the truth? Read on and see.
