Historical Bullet Comments: My Videos Livestream Across All of Time

Su Cheng: I’m in a parallel world, and I just found a mysterious app on my phone. I’m freaking out.

This app is cursed! Even scrolling through videos can start a livestream across all of time and space: Qin Shi Huang learns math in the comments, Li Bai and Su Shi face off in a poetry showdown, and elementary school students teach history to emperors.

To protect the “study materials” on his hard drive, Su Cheng is forced down the path of a “historical con artist.” He points to the book-burning and burial of scholars and calls it “a necessary measure to protect culture”; points to the Great Wall and calls it “ancient infrastructure mania”; points to the emperors and calls them “models of lifelong learning”...

Who knew that the more he spun his tales, the more they would all come true?

Qin Shi Huang starts valuing education,

Emperor Wu of Han cares about the people’s livelihood,

and Emperor Taizong of Tang improves the system for accepting criticism.

The app’s rewards arrive: [50 Million Followers], [Livestreams Across Time and Space], [Historical Carnival Across All Eras].

Looking at his skyrocketing follower count, Su Cheng is ecstatic: “Help me up. I can keep scrolling!”
