I Am a Mojin Captain, and I Moonlight as the King of Hell's Employee

I'm the most feared man in the tomb-raiding business: a professional tomb raider, with sending ghosts on their way as my side hustle.

That is, until I went down into a sinister tomb said to be “empty ten times out of ten.”

I thought it would be another easy night of double overtime.

But the tomb's occupant suddenly sat up and handed me an employment letter stamped with a blood-red Seal of the King of Hell:

“Congratulations, you've been hired by the Underworld.”

I glanced at the ridiculous KPIs and a salary thinner than joss paper, and saw red.

I pulled out a black donkey hoof. “Boss, if we can't reach an agreement, I'll be exorcising you instead.”

He silently pointed behind me.

I turned around and saw underworld officials lined up as a parade of ghosts passed by, all shouting in unison, “Greetings, boss!”

Well, I'd really stirred up a nest of ghosts this time, and somehow ended up as their top boss.
