Holy Sword: Violet Demon

Holy Sword: Purple Demon is a long novel blending transmigration, fantasy, and a struggle of wills.

Ryan, a top modern special forces soldier, is transported by accident to a parallel ancient world. His soul merges with the body of an imperial knight order commander who has just been framed and stripped of his cultivation. Plummeting from the heights of glory into the darkest depths, he becomes a miner, whose life is worth less than a blade of grass, in the empire's notorious Blackstone Mine.

As he desperately struggles to survive, Ryan accidentally awakens the mysterious legacy that came with him: the holy sword Purple Demon. The sword possesses the heaven-defying ability to devour the energy of all things and turn it to its wielder's advantage, making it his only hope in dire straits. But when he tries to use this power to reclaim his former glory and take revenge, he is horrified to discover an ancient, powerful demon soul sleeping within the blade.

The whispers of Purple Demon echo in his mind. It grants him power, but greedily demands payment in return, and sees Ryan as the perfect puppet for reshaping the order of the world. Should he obey the sword spirit, gaining supreme power at the cost of losing himself? Or should he resist this ancient evil spirit, powerful enough to overturn the world, with nothing but a mortal's body?

In this perilous world where the strong rule, Ryan draws on the resilient will of a modern special forces soldier and the combat skills of his former self as a commander to navigate the deadly threats of the mine, the empire's relentless pursuit, and the secret schemes of various factions. Along this thorny road to power, he must devour energy to grow rapidly while waging a perilous battle of wills against the sword spirit within him.

His journey is about more than restoring his power and fighting for the throne. It is also a battle to reclaim his soul.
