Night Shift at the Psychiatric Hospital: Don’t Lock Room 302 on the Seventh Night

To raise money for her younger brother's treatment, Lin Wei is forced to enter the isolated Qingwu Mountain Psychiatric Hospital and take a job as a night-shift nurse. On her first day, the director gives her an ironclad order: never break the Night Patrol Handbook, especially Rule 7: “The red light in Room 302 must never be turned off.” She soon discovers that the rules here are chillingly strict, and anyone who breaks them “disappears” in an accident. Through a crack in Room 302's door, she sees an investigative journalist who was supposed to have “gone missing,” along with a shocking clue connected to her mother's disappearance. A warning note left by her mother leads her to a conspiracy buried for years: the hospital has been conducting illegal drug trials on patients and nurses. Beneath the red light, there are no ghosts, only human hearts more terrifying than any ghost. Lin Wei must navigate constant surveillance and lies, exploit loopholes in the rules, and join forces with imprisoned victims and principled resisters to gather evidence and fight back at the risk of her life. She must not only uncover the truth behind her mother's disappearance, but also destroy this hell on earth disguised as a place of healing with her own hands.
