President Gu Can't Stop Smiling as He Courts His Wife, Xingluo in His Arms

Lin Wanxing is a part-time bubble tea shop worker, an innocent little white flower with “purity” written into her DNA. After delivering an order to the wrong place, she turns CEO Gu Yancheng’s “ten-billion-yuan contract negotiation” into “a grand scene of mistaken identity.” Clutching Gu Yancheng’s suit pants, she mistakes him for her “scumbag ex-boyfriend on the run” and tearfully accuses him of “owing her three cups of bubble tea.” This ridiculous mix-up gives Gu Yancheng, who is used to the hard-edged rules of the business world, his first glimpse of the extraordinary creature who can “turn a serious meeting into a comedy set.” After that, Lin Wanxing’s life seems to have had its “comedy switch” flipped. Even when she’s just helping an elderly neighbor deliver something, she somehow ends up at Gu Yancheng’s private villa and mistakes his treasured limited-edition vinyl records for “old discs,” nearly taking them to the neighborhood flea market to sell for five yuan. Gu Yancheng initially wants to kick this “troublemaking little white flower” out of his life, but through their increasingly hilarious encounters, her sincerity and naturally comedic nature get under his skin. She’ll hold up a “Please adopt” sign in the pouring rain to find a home for a stray cat, using Gu Yancheng’s luxury car as a “temporary rain shelter.” When Gu Yancheng is given a hard time by a rival, she uses “elementary-school playground argument logic” to help him fight back…
