The Guest at the Bamboo Pavilion in Huaishang

In ancient times, humans and demons once lived side by side, until the Black Fox Clan sowed discord and plunged the world into a bloody cycle of vengeance. With his great powers, Aolai Third Young Master drew a line between the "Inner Circle" and the "Outer Circle." Within the Inner Circle, humans and demons cast aside their prejudices and joined forces against evil.

During a crisis, Wangquan Hongye, a young man from the Wangquan clan, rescued Dongfang Huaizhu of the Dongfang family. The two were bound together by the "resonance of their sword hearts." Later, human forces led by the Wangquan and Dongfang clans formed the Yi Qi Alliance and joined forces with the demon factions of Tushan, the Yao-Controlling Nation, and others, establishing a line of defense against the Black Fox within the Inner Circle. The Wangquan clan wielded the "Sword of Guarded Heart" to eradicate evil, while the Dongfang family used their spiritual bloodline to cleanse curses. In battle after battle against forces from beyond the Circle controlled by the Black Fox, humans and demons wielded swords and spiritual veins as blades, and bonds forged through bitter love as shields, unveiling a chivalrous legend of crossing racial boundaries to protect peace. The fates of Wangquan Hongye and Dongfang Huaizhu, too, became a spark of hope amid the intertwining sword energy and spiritual light, breaking down the barriers between humans and demons.
