The Qi Prince’s Consort’s Revenge

Five years ago, Wei Cheng and his wife Jiang Shaoyu were pursued by their enemies. Jiang Shaoyu fell from a cliff while protecting their children. Wei Cheng returned to the capital with their twins, Wang Zhaoxing and Wang Zhaoyan, and Jiang Shaoyu was presumed dead. On his way back to the capital after a mission to comfort the people of Tubo, Prince Qi Xue Jin happened to find Jiang Shaoyu unconscious while passing through Qingzhou. Captivated by her beauty and struck by how much she resembled a childhood companion, Xue Jin took her back to Prince Qi's residence and summoned imperial physicians to treat her. Two months later, Jiang Shaoyu awoke. After she recovered, Xue Jin asked her to stay, and she told him plainly that she was willing to remain as his consort on the condition that he help her reclaim everything that belonged to her. Five years later, Jiang Shaoyu returned to the capital and the Wei household as Princess Qi, shocking everyone there. Her former husband, Wei Cheng, came forward with his second wife, Lu Fuyin, to greet her. Jiang Shaoyu had already learned that Wei Cheng remarried just one year after she was presumed dead, and that Lu Fuyin often abused her daughter, Wang Zhaoyan. Now that she had returned, her first priority was to take her daughter away from the Wei household and seek justice from those who had wronged her.
