Naruto: The Hormone Fruit, Creating Medical Immortality

After transmigrating as Hiruzen Sarutobi's nephew, Tetsu Sarutobi starts by inventorying the reincarnators' loot. He can't lift the Celestial Sword or the Thunder God's Hammer. Touching the T-virus or Super God Water would kill him, and training with the Sunflower Manual or the Necronomicon is even worse. The only useful thing in the entire warehouse is a Hormone Fruit: it lets him control the hormones in his body, increase his physical potential, and instantly win anyone over by releasing hormones.

While improving Medical Ninjutsu, he uses hormones to boost his popularity. Orochimaru becomes his lifelong partner, Tsunade turns into his number one fangirl, and Jiraiya signs up as a test subject, only to be pinned to the training ground for a year. When Hiruzen Sarutobi worries that medical ninja will weaken the fighting force, Tetsu Sarutobi slices open a test rabbit with a scalpel and watches it heal on the spot. Then he casually tosses a prototype Rasengan to Jiraiya. "Do me a favor and test this."

In the sixth year, the expansion of Konoha Hospital is complete, and the medical ninja corps is officially established. Standing before the new sign, Tsunade looks at him and suddenly asks, "How long do you want to live, researching immortality and all?" Tetsu Sarutobi turns and smiles. "Long enough to take you to see what the far side of the moon looks like."
