Resisting the Eagle: A Military Industry System and Homegrown Arms That Decide the Peninsula's Fate

Jin Anri transmigrates as the eldest son of Marshal Kim Il Sung, the founding leader of North Korea, and gets a disastrous start from the very beginning. On the day the country is founded in 1948, the Great Power Military Industry System activates. Before the Soviet bear's aid shipments have even arrived, he has already built a Type 81 assault rifle by hand. It passes both the water and sand tests, and Marshal Kim personally empties eight magazines before deciding on the spot: the People's Army will be fully reequipped.

On the day the Type 107 rocket launcher is test-fired, Marshal Kim watches twelve rockets cover the entire target zone in seven seconds. The M82A1 Barrett sniper rifle punches straight through a steel plate, and Cui Ce hugs it and refuses to let go. When Type 59 tanks roll off the production line at the Pyongyang Arsenal, Marshal Kim finally understands: his son is building a world-class army with his own hands.

But the real test comes in 1950. The American landing at Incheon is imminent. Jin Anri has already advanced to developing solid rocket motors, while blueprints for nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers await unlocking in the System. When the Americans think they are facing the same impoverished North Korea as before, what awaits them is an ironclad defensive line of Type 81 rifles, Type 107 rockets, and Barretts.
