Journey to the West: Upgrade by Taking Concubines, Unlock the Great Sage's Gear!

After transmigrating into the world of Journey to the West, Qin Changsheng becomes the lowest-ranking migrant miner in the Black Cloud Mine of the Lion Camel Kingdom. He works until he drops every day, the foreman skimps on his rations, and a blood-red patch over his heart flares up each month. He has little time left to live. At the brink of despair, an identity System activates: the higher his social status and the more wives and concubines he has, the more points he earns each day. When man-eating monsters burst out of the mine, Princess Peacock kills them in an instant. He catches the fragment of a blood-nourishing art she tosses him and spends eighteen points that very night to learn the basics. His lifespan jumps from fifty-seven years to sixty-seven, and his physical strength doubles. To escape the Golden-Winged Peng King's slaughterhouse, he sneaks into a drinking party hosted by the foreman, Wu Yong, and chops down four overseers with three blows. He makes off with some silver and rice, then flees overnight to Beihai County and pays to buy a free commoner's status. The System panel appears: his status rises from "migrant" to "commoner," and his daily points increase from 0.2 to 1. When Chen Yinyin blushes as she accepts the silver hairpin he gives her, Qin Changsheng looks at the cultivation art panel, where it reads "Blood-Nourishing Art, Beginner." "Next, take Chen Yinyin as a concubine: ten points a day. After that..." He looks up toward the silhouette of Lion Camel Ridge. "Princess Peacock, wait for me."
