American Comics: Recruiting for Terra, Capturing Freddy Alive

Li Wen pulls an all-nighter writing and dies suddenly, then binds to an Anomalous Containment System. From the start, a random conscription mission sends him to Warhammer 30K, dropping him into the Imperial Palace on Terra. He reveals the Horus Heresy to the Emperor: "The Perfect City, Davin, the Four Gods' conspiracy, your Primarchs are all pawns." The Emperor is silent for three seconds, then assigns one hundred Ultramarines in exchange for the information.

First containment job: a plague strain breaks out in a small Norwegian town in Marvel 616. The infected are incredibly strong, and bullets can't pierce them. Garen leads a squad in Terminator armor through the doors. Melta bombs vaporize the mutated behemoths, and the plague strain is sealed in a canister. S.H.I.E.L.D. satellites broadcast the whole thing live. Fury watches in silence. "Where did these tin cans come from?"

The second wave involves containing Jason, Leatherface, and Myers on three fronts. After Garen chops Jason to pieces with a chainsword, he stuffs him into a sealed wooden box. Li Wen also deals with Freddy: his Golden Superman bloodline withstands dream attacks, the Horse Talisman fuses with a medical pod, and a perception filter blocks S.H.I.E.L.D.'s tracking. Fury personally blocks the door, but Li Wen tears open a rift and disappears, leaving behind a note: "Hydra is on the inside. Operation Paperclip."
