Naruto: The God of Medicine Has Arrived, and I'll Extend Hashirama's Life

Wei Gong Shiyuan, an ancient god of medicine, has lain sealed in a Senju Clan crystal coffin for a thousand years, his corpse never decaying.

After the battle at the Valley of the End, Hashirama Senju is gravely wounded and near death, with little time left. Konoha has only just been founded, and if the Hokage falls, peace will collapse in an instant.

Tobirama Senju makes a decision that shakes the shinobi world: he personally smashes his clan's sacred relic and uses the forbidden Impure World Reincarnation to drag the legendary god of medicine, said to be able to save even the dead, from the underworld back into the world of the living.

What Tobirama doesn't know is that this supposedly "compassionate" ancient sage carries two SSSSS-rank System missions within him: defeat Otsutsuki Kaguya, and defeat Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.

The Rinnegan, Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, Wood Release, Six Paths Mode... With a plan spanning a thousand years, this man arrives at Konoha's dawn.

Everyone thinks he has come to save lives. But he is waiting for a chance to truly come back to life.

Extending Hashirama's life? That's only the first step.
