The Hibernating Sinner

Frustrated engineer Zhong Shan is involved in a secret human hibernation experiment, but the project is shut down. With nowhere else to turn, he forces his way into a hibernation pod.

When he wakes, he discovers that he has been in hibernation for sixty years and has arrived in 2077. In this era, artificial intelligence has undergone an evolution a hundred times more brutal than natural selection, making it the victor at the top of the food chain. Meanwhile, humanity faces an even greater threat: an ancient alien civilization coveting humans as a "biological resource."

For Zhong Shan, a "hibernator" from sixty years ago, an even greater crisis looms: how can he survive in this era?
