Saving Ourselves Thirty Years Ago

Xu Jing's maternal grandmother was an utterly heinous murderer. In 1989, she was publicly tried at the factory compound and executed by firing squad. Of her three children, one went mad and one died. The only one left, the second child, Xu Jing's mother, spent her life feeling inferior and hopeless.

Living in the shadow of being a murderer's descendant, Xu Jing complained about her life countless times. Until one day, she found herself in her grandmother's body in the 1980s, on the eve of the murder.
