Qidian Library: History, Gaming, Fantasy, and Military
Surely there’s nothing in this world as pleasing as fine fish and water-shield soup. As the saying goes, books hold both beautiful women and golden houses. Books span history and connect past and present. Chinese culture has a history of five thousand years, rich in heritage and depth. Across the vast river of history, traditional Chinese culture has shown a singular charm, winning the world’s admiration and making our people proud! Yet time passes and eras change. As Eastern and Western culture
Top-Tier Cultivation Fantasy with Solid Logic and Smart Characters
❤️ I favor satisfying stories with strong plots and clever strategy, and avoid shallow, fast-food novice fiction with flimsy logic. ❤️ My only screening criterion is the quality of the writing. I don't care about an author's reputation, and I include quality works from all kinds of genres. ❤️ The books near the top are ones I'm currently following. I also occasionally recommend promising new authors as a favor. ❤️ Every book has been selected after extensive reading. No padded, slapdash stori
Platinum Classics Through the Years 🔥 One Book Each
In July 2006, Qidian introduced its Platinum Writer program. After China Literature was founded in 2015, Qidian's Platinum Writer system came under unified management by the group. The selection pool has since expanded from Qidian to all of the group's affiliated platforms. Platinum Writer has gradually become a widely recognized title for top authors. This list tracks currently active Platinum Writers, with one book chosen for each author. The recommendations list their works in different cate
So Good You Can’t Stop Reading

Tongtong’s Book Nook
No genre restrictions. I've personally read all of these, and they're classics worth keeping! (I have a few requirements for books: the author should be between 30 and 50, otherwise they may lack life experience and their writing might not have much depth or substance. A book should teach you something, at least. The story should be compelling, with no major plot or logic holes. The writing should be good, not overly simplistic. Some books are so forgettable that you can't even remember the prot

Legendary Masterpieces
One reading list, a lifetime of memories. With books for company, and friends by my side. Perhaps you’ve stumbled across this list and noticed the words “legendary masterpieces.” Maybe you’re curious and want to see what makes a book legendary. If that’s why you’re here, you may as well move along. There are books by big-name authors here, of course, but also books that could be called masterpieces. Everyone defines that differently, because we’re all individuals. This list holds so many of my
History, Modern Life, Games, and Fantasy; Laughs, Passion, Grit, and Humanity
2017.07.25: 2,000 followers. My selection criteria: 1. The views on life and human nature align with mine; 2. The writing flows well, and the characters are vivid and distinctive; 3. The book once set the trend; 4. It has earned mainstream recognition, such as strong print sales or a film or TV adaptation. Of course, most important of all, it has to be my kind of book. Sometimes a book suddenly disappears, reminding me that in the end, I'm just an insignificant speck.
No System
I registered on Qidian more than ten years ago without even realizing it. I've read countless novels, and I'm a veteran reader through and through. So it's hard to quit web novels now, and even harder to find ones I like. I think a top-notch web novel needs more than an exciting plot. It also needs good writing, original ideas, solid logic, and no melodrama or filler, or it'll be as enjoyable as chewing wax. I'm not a fan of System or infinite-world novels. Too few of them stand out. Science fic

[Comment] Ask the octopus a few words
Octopus, when you wrote these chapters, did you consider the feelings of readers who like Lingjun? I believe there are many such readers. I spent so much time describing a character. I don't want her to be with the protagonist in the end. I just want her to continue calculating, fighting, and occasionally being ambiguous like enemies in the past. That's enough. But when you write this, have you considered the feelings of us readers who like Lingjun and have high hopes in our hearts? Maybe you think it's wonderful to write like this, and the twist is so beautiful, unexpected, and full of foreshadowing and suspense, but what about the readers? Can readers really accept it? You say it's fine if the novel is controversial, but is this kind of controversy that disgusts readers really good? I can accept all the previous abuses, but I really can't accept this kind of cuckolding plot. Oh, what a great novel...
The slave keeps cheating his master, and even betrays him once and twice. He doesn't forgive him. The protagonist is easy to bully and swallows his anger. It's disgusting to death. I advise you to give up. It's poisonous.
The depth of poison in this book is evident from the beginning. He obviously had all the truth, but he got a bad reputation inexplicably. The thatched pavilion at the gate of his mansion was destroyed and he made enemies. In the end, it was the Tang family who felt they had been wronged. No wonder novels of 5 million words have average success
Can the protagonist speak some human words? You obviously jumped into the river and saved that woman, so why don't you just say that you just need to rescue her? Of course, the other party may not believe it, but you are the son of a high-ranking official after all, and you didn't do anything to that woman. I had to make a whole show. I didn't explain it, and let the other party rob people. In the end, things became a big deal. Is it interesting to have several pictures?
Is this the masterpiece of Platinum Master? Got it, haha...
This book is so rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, rubbish
For those who haven't read it, in the later part of the book Guan Gong fights aliens. Yes, traditional martial arts fight aliens.
Seeing the eunuch Lanruo Temple and the little girl, I really can't stand it anymore. The protagonist is too weak. It's a rubbish book.
The pinnacle of Octopus is still his medical and official career. Zhang Yang's portrayal of the character is quite good. He just likes the woman he likes, very straightforward. Later books became ambiguous, and the harem was afraid to be opened. Maybe it was the sequelae of being banned. I felt that the emotional drama in this medical book was a bit restrained, and it even had a minotaur plot. In "The Way for the Sky", two worlds were actually created to avoid being banned due to the large harem.
After seeing everyone's comments, I feel relieved. Goodbye, rubbish books.
