Honghuang: From a Hundred-Eyed Golden Centipede to the Jiejiao's Timely Savior

A soul transmigrates from a future age. When he opens his eyes, he has become a rare creature of the primordial world: a hundred-eyed golden centipede.

In the Valley of Ten Thousand Poisons, countless insects shriek beneath a sky veiled by poisonous miasma.

With a hundred eyes to perceive every poison, he evolves step by step through evolution points, tempering the most vicious true form of the Poison Dao amid endless slaughter.

By a stroke of fate, he becomes a disciple of Lü Yue, the Great Emperor Haotian of Plague from the Jie Sect.

He thinks he has escaped certain doom, unaware that the cataclysmic Investiture of the Gods is already drawing near.

The Jie Sect welcomes ten thousand immortals, yet its Myriad Immortals Formation is broken and its tradition falls into decline.

He watches coldly from the sidelines, until the crucial moment when he acts: using his hundred eyes to pierce the secrets of heaven and his Poison Dao to disrupt yin and yang.

He becomes the Jie Sect's most unexpected "timely rain."

He seeks no heavenly fortune and worships no Heavenly Dao. Relying only on his deadly poisons and divine power of a hundred eyes, he wrests a sliver of hope for the Jie Sect from the torrent of the cataclysm.

He secretly lays poison arrays within the Myriad Immortals Formation, then reverses the killing intent before the Immortal Slaying Formation.

He drags the Jie Sect back from the brink of annihilation and leads its immortals down a path utterly unlike the Heavenly Dao.

When the Investiture of the Gods is unveiled and the gods take their places, only he, the hundred-eyed golden centipede, still stands atop the summit of ten thousand poisons, watching the turmoil of the Three Realms with cold eyes.

The Jie Sect survives only because his poisonous rain arrived at just the right time.
