Banished Knight

The kingship changes, and the government and the opposition are shuffled. Mardin, the captain of the Bloody Hand Knights, was accused of treason and was deprived of his title and expelled from the country. He spent half his life fighting for his country, but eventually became an outcast in the power struggle. He was tired of meaningless loyalty and the shackles of the court, and decided to leave behind his past glory and shackles. Expelled from the royal city, he is no longer bound by the royal family and only wants to be free and happy for the rest of his life. The former knight who protected the country has since begun a free and wandering life.
