Programming Story: Entries That Rewrite All Things

He was an ordinary programmer until one day, he discovered that in a system he was maintaining, there was a "term" that did not belong to any program. What's even weirder is that these entries don't just record reality. Modify it and reality will change. A bottle of water can create an extra bottle out of thin air, a piece of equipment data can be redefined, and even things that have already happened can be rewritten by some invisible rule. He thought he had found a technology that could change the world, but soon discovered that what was really being rewritten was not the program, but reality itself. A fixed time - 18:16 - appears constantly in the system. There is a "him" in the records of the past, and there is a "him" in the records of the future, and the traces they left behind are piece by piece piecing together an unexplainable truth. When he finally realized that the anomaly was related to a civilization that was about to end, he had to make a choice: Continue to modify reality, or find a way to return everything to the original world?
