Why Can't Crosstalk Count as Bardcraft?

[Adventure] [DND + a few original elements] [Stand-up-comedy bard] Where did this fast-talking bard come from? What happened to the lute? A dragonborn army surrounds the city? I’ll perform Eight Panels for you, and have you questioning your whole life as a dragon before you’ve spat up ten liters of blood. Kobolds launch a surprise attack? I’ll start reciting Eight Hundred Soldiers Race North Across the Slope, and my words will thunder like a sonic blast, knocking down the whole lot of them. Cultists are performing a sacrifice? I’ll do stand-up for an afternoon, and they’ll renounce evil and embrace the good on the spot, just so they can hear the punchline next time. How is a stand-up comedian not a bard? My Eastern classical chanting style is beyond you Western fantasy types! Veteran DM Wushi brings your players’ bizarre character sheets to a world of swords and sorcery. Just sit back and have a good laugh.
