Weird and Strange Rules

The movement of all things in the world is based on "rules" - the rising and setting of the sun, the rotation of the four seasons, birth, old age, illness and death, karma and retribution - these rules are not abstract concepts, but are maintained by a real consciousness: the law of heaven. Tianlu is not a god, a monster, or any personal existence. It is a body of consciousness condensed by the "rules" themselves - just like rivers naturally converge into the sea, after the rules have been running for tens of millions of years, a "core consciousness" is condensed to maintain its own operation. There is no good or evil in the law of heaven. It just "lets the rules run". Three thousand years ago, a "Great Fission" occurred for unknown reasons. Tianlu's consciousness shattered into nine fragments, scattered across the land of China. Each fragment carries a portion of the regular power of the Heavenly Law. After the Great Fission, nine humans awakened the ability to resonate with the laws of heaven in the place where the fragments were scattered - they were called the "Covenanters". Each covenanter used himself as the "eye of the formation" to build a formation to suppress the fragments, sealing the fragments of the law of heaven into the formation. The nine formations are connected through the Chinese earth's veins, forming a "regular and stable network" covering Kyushu. The contract between the covenant maker and the fragment is: the fragment sleeps, and the formation suppresses it; the covenant maker's bloodline is the anchor, guarding it from generation to generation. For three thousand years, the descendants of the nine covenanters have divided into different secret organizations, guarding the formation in their own ways. But three thousand years is enough to change many things - dilution of blood, splitting of organizations, loss of memory, damage to formations... Each of the nine formations has declined, and different forms of strange times have appeared in each city.
