The Years Come and Go

I am Xu Lihong, an ordinary person who has spent half of his life struggling in the ordinary world. From an ignorant child in the countryside to entering the workplace step by step, he has experienced family difficulties, workplace choices, interpersonal relationships, and the ups and downs of life. He has stepped on countless traps along the way and made many key choices wrong. He has also slowly accumulated his own understanding of life in the troughs. There is no fantasy counterattack or bloody fabrication in this book. It is all about my real life history. After each personal experience, I will calm down and review the original problems, dismantle the risks hidden behind the incident, and tell the young people today from the perspective of those who have experienced it: how to make rational decisions when faced with similar dilemmas, how to identify hidden traps and crises around them in advance, and how to build their own confidence to resist risks. The cognitive imprint of the family of origin, the skills of recognizing people when entering the society, the key intersections of career, the mentality adjustment during the trough period, and the long-term risk planning of ordinary people are all personal insights in half a life. I hope that the ups and downs of my journey can be turned into a glimmer of light to help young people on the road avoid detours. The years are passing slowly, and the past is miraculous. This is a record of half a life, and a message for the future.
