Past Events on Han Street

In the early 1980s, several families including the Cheng family, Zhou family, and Zhu family lived in an old alley of Han Street in Jiangcheng. During the reform and opening up, some people carried poles and went to the sea, some people waited and watched with their iron rice bowls, some people became rich overnight, and some people lost all their money. The rolling shutter doors on Han Street are opened as usual every morning. The constant family ties and the noisy neighbors make people stand firm on this street and keep their heads up as they walk.
