Resident B

On the first day that folklore professor Jiang Chen moved into a century-old house, he found a line of small pencil writing on the contract: "Do not leave the room after eleven o'clock in the evening. If someone knocks on the door and calls himself 'Resident B,' please do not respond and do not open the door." He turned on the recorder. Lighting candles to guide the way, hanging mirrors to guard the house, burying needles in rice jars, and doorstep rugs—these old rules forgotten by modern people are the real life-saving rules here. And the non-existent "resident B" is knocking on every door one by one. This is not a ghost story. This is a fieldwork report. It's just that the subject of the investigation - doesn't look very human.
