Landa Sutra

Surgeon Li Lu's world is dominated by a never-ending rainstorm. There was no heartbeat heard through the stethoscope, only the sound of wooden fish coming from her daughter's body. Gods and Buddhas are creditors, cultivating immortals is a loan, and the daughter is the "debt core" that is fought over. In order to save his life, Li Lu sewed his mouth shut, picked up a scalpel and rushed into the strange world. He tamed the debt-carrying beasts and removed the gods as if they were tumors. When the gods and Buddhas knelt down and begged him to kill the girl to pay off the debt, he pointed the tip of the knife at himself: "I will bear this debt alone."
