High Martial: Grinding Proficiency with a Broken Iron Pot

“Ow, ow, ow! This iron sand is burning the hell out of me!” “Ding! Iron Sand Palm proficiency +1!” “Huh? This temperature feels like a hand spa. Turn up the heat!” After transmigrating to a high-martial world overrun by exotic beasts, where martial arts reign supreme, Ye Chen discovers that his vital energy is rock-bottom and he is so poor he cannot even afford the cheapest pills to replenish it. Luckily, he awakens the Heavenly Dao Proficiency Panel. It ignores talent and has no bottlenecks: as long as he practices, his experience is guaranteed to increase! Can't afford pills? He scrounges up a rusty iron wok at a scrapyard, fills it with scrap iron sand, and grinds an entry-level Iron Sand Palm into the Great Sun Tathagata Palm! Can't afford a weapon? He swings a pair of butcher's knives through the air ten thousand times a day and grinds his way to the Three Blades of Avici! Years later, when extraterrestrial demon gods descend and all of humanity is plunged into despair, Ye Chen walks out of a little street-side stir-fry stall, his hands covered in calluses, and smashes the stars with a single slap. “You might not believe me, but at first, I really just wanted to practice Iron Sand Palm to get in shape.”
