The Living Read White

The normalcy of this city is a thin layer of disguise. I accidentally tore a rift. From then on, the shadows of the other world flowed into the human world along with me. I was marked, targeted, and made the center of disaster. I won't die, but there won't be any grass growing around me. Ghosts have no joy or sorrow, no injustice or enmity. It's just a cleansing mechanism for the world. And we, the living, are the mistakes that need to be corrected. No redemption, no helpers, no truth. All the dead are guides. All survival comes with a price. When normality completely collapses, I can only find the way to survive alone in the darkness, without being a human being.
