In a future where health credit is paramount, I am a pharmacist and a cog domesticated by the system. Every day, I review countless "perfect" prescriptions issued by the "Medical God" system, until that anonymous task suddenly pops up: [Task A: Pass the sky-high price prescription. Reward: +50 survival points. [Task B: Question authoritative doctors. Reward: +30 moral points. Risk: being flagged by the system. In front of me are the bills of a terminal lung cancer patient and the clear eyes of his daughter. The system is counting down, and every click I make determines whose "health data" will be optimized and erased. Later I realized that this was not a game at all.
