Survive the Apartment Block: My Talent's Hints Know Everything

One moment, Su Mu was asleep. The next, billions of people around the world had been plunged into an endless labyrinth of stairwells. There was no way out, only up or down. Every floor was an unknown blind box. It might be a supply station packed with resources, or a nest of monsters that devoured human flesh. Hunger, cold, darkness, monsters... Everyone was struggling on the brink of death, gambling their lives on a fifty percent chance of survival. Su Mu found himself there too, but he discovered that he could see hidden hints. [Go up, and you'll encounter a disguised ghoul who'll bite your head off.] [Go down. The stairs are broken, but there's a bottle of life-saving purified water hidden in a crack in the wall on your left.] [Don't open this door. It's full of poisonous gas.] [Stop! Smash through this wall. There's an arsenal left behind by the previous civilization, along with a warehouse full of canned beef!] While everyone else was killing one another over a moldy piece of bread and shivering under rags in the freezing wind, Su Mu had already upgraded his broken tent into a temperature-controlled mobile fortress. His warehouse was piled high with food and water. Armed with god-tier gear no one else had ever seen, he sat on the sofa eating hot pot and listing his surplus supplies on the trading post at sky-high prices. “How is this survival? This is a shopping spree!” While everyone else was killing one another over a moldy piece of bread, Su Mu had already moved into his temperature-controlled mobile fortress, eating hot pot and listing his surplus supplies on the trading post at sky-high prices. Su Mu: “Don't get the wrong idea. I'm just a slightly lucky middleman.”
