The Legend of Taixuan Tianzun

Li Xuan asked: "What method?" The old white-bearded Taoist replied: "Five steps and fourteen levels of Tianzun method." Li Xuan asked again: "What is practice?" The old white-bearded Taoist replied: "Human life is nothing more than the flow of one Qi. Cultivation means cultivating this Qi and coordinating it, playing with the sun and moon in the pot, and playing with the yin and yang in the palm." Li Xuanxin yearned for it and embarked on the lonely road of becoming a god.
