Runeterra: Starting as the King of Ionia

With a Hero Creation System, he transmigrates to Runeterra and can exchange for items from the Myriad Worlds.

Roland Pendragon, son of the Governor of Placidium in Ionia, chooses to change the destinies of the local heroes.

He has Irelia draw the Sword in the Stone and become Queen of Ionia.

He gives Sett the Stand [The World], sending him all the way to Noxus to fight his way back.

He has Lee Sin practice powerful martial arts: the Dragon's Roar Golden Bell Shield, the Tiger's Howl Iron Shirt, and the Eighteen Dragon-Subduing Palms. In no time, Lee Sin becomes a Martial God and tests his skills against an Ascended.

He teaches Master Yi the world-destroying Sword Twenty-Three, letting him freeze time and kill his way into the Void.

He has the macaque Wukong master the Great Sage Immortal Formula, the Seventy-Two Transformations, and an indestructible body, then wreak havoc on Mount Targon and slay a hundred thousand celestials.

As time passes, every mystery, every unknown, every concept in Runeterra submits to Ionia.
