The Wind and Rain Scissors Shop

A country girl mistakenly marries the young master of a scissor shop, only to be mocked: a stocky, ugly girl like her could never rise to the top. She suffers endless scorn and humiliation in the sprawling mansion, struggles to master the craft of making scissors, and takes control of her husband’s family’s shop. Then she is thrown out. In the end, through her own hard work, she opens a knife and scissors shop of her own.
