Personal Recommendation from a 20-Year Old Bookworm
There's not much to say, it's all personal recommendations, just a few requirements. 1. Be logical 2. Be reasonable 3. Everyone enjoys watching it PS: There are still more than 400 novels on the bookshelf now, including many old books. It has been too long and I can only slowly add them to the reading list when I have the opportunity. The latest news is that I changed my mobile phone and all the books have been marked as unread. It is difficult to find these old books. . . (I usually read th

The World of Machine War

The beginning is quite interesting. I have Luna at home to borrow money and a congressman wife in the seed country. The doctor said that I can only eat soft food from now on because I have a bad stomach, haha. 🙂 This is Yi Zui's third book, I believe his writing skills will definitely improve, so let's have more female protagonists! ✊ There are many favorite female characters in the mecha series. It's not unacceptable to have a single female protagonist, but it feels like a pity.
First of all, I was all set, and then I felt a little uncomfortable after reading Chapter 70. The protagonist is okay, but his actions so far can be seen as extremely egoistic? It doesn't care about anything else at all, which means it is chaotic neutrality and has no justice. But why do people like to watch machine battles? Just a simple robot war? I think absolutely not. In my eyes, the mecha war genre has always been passionate and just, no matter how nonsense it is, the righteous side will eventually win and restore the world to a peaceful state of affairs. Although this statement will be slapped in the face, I don't care~ Back to this work, the protagonist's chaotic neutrality is really not suitable for the mecha war genre. The lack of passion and justice is no different from urban science fiction. So far, I feel this way, and it is really uncomfortable, but I will continue reading until I can't stand it anymore.
Why do I always feel that the book is too simple as I read it? I wonder if it could be more in-depth and cruel. In war, all means should be used. The plot of the protagonist is part of the story, and the villain should also be carefully described and used. The third party outsider should also be the highlight, and the cruelty of war is written in the game. Just like in aspect 0079. The richer the content and the more flesh and bones it will be, the better it will be. I guess it will be difficult to write haha
It's been too bland so far, and the war is about to begin. I want to see the cruelty of war scenes and the collision of wisdom from many parties. I want to see the characters' emotional exchanges in their spare time to enrich the story. Detach yourself from the original story, otherwise it will become the second big lie.
Now on the shelves, the shortcomings of this book are still the same. It jumps too hard in the novice stage. In fact, most people still prefer to watch the mechanized battles that start with mixed soldiers, because now they always feel that the next world will be full of gods and demons... (I won't mention it in too much detail, otherwise it will be just looking for trouble. After all, everyone likes it, and the protagonist's situation is actually too easy.)
Forget about eunuchs, there are really no more war stories.
Yizui, can you please write about Gundam W and Gundam 😃
I want to read pure Gundam novels, but there are so few of them now. Either he has a wrong outlook on life, or he is someone who is spreading the chicken plague...
The first Gundam Seed world was quite well-written, and I followed it every day. However, I no longer had the desire to read the second world. Relatively speaking, I still liked Unlimited Mecha. This novel was just tasteless, and it was a pity to abandon it. After all, this is a Gundam novel, and if you don't pilot the Gundam, it feels like it's missing its soul.
I even forgot that this book has unlimited flow. It's too long. It's just a plot. If you insist on writing unlimited flow into a fan novel, the novelty of opening the book will be lost.
The big taboo of novel writers - writing a "castle falling from the sky" style plot
After Yizui Ge dropped "The World of Machine Warfare", I thought he had given up his career as a novelist. It was not until more than a month ago that I found out that he had come back to write "The Return of Machine Warfare", so I added it to my bookshelf. After finishing the first chapter, I directly ordered it and read it. As a I have spent hundreds of dollars to fully subscribe to the genuine version of "Unlimited Robots". I am an old reader and fan. I would like to share my thoughts here. What I say may be a bit unpleasant, but I have absolutely no malicious intent subjectively, so please just treat me as nonsense. If anyone sees it, please give it a look and laugh it off. Art originates from reality, but is higher than reality. It must not be divorced from reality. You can give it a try and write a story by yourself, and then let others read it. As long as the people and things in the story have prototypes in your real life, it will definitely be better than imagining out of thin air, "castles in the sky falling from the sky" style content. For example, the character Runtu portrayed by Mr. Lu Xun in the novel "Hometown" is based on his childhood playmate Zhang Runshui in reality; another example is Sister Xianglin in "Blessing", which is based on his original wife Zhu An in reality; even Ah Q in "The True Story of Ah Q", This character has become a spiritual totem in a certain sense. In reality, the two brothers Xie Agui and Xie Ayou serve as prototypes. It is precisely because the prototype exists in the real world where the author lives. Therefore, when it is portrayed by the literary art of novels and shown to readers, it will give readers a deep sense of identification. It makes people feel that the characters and plot are alive and weighty. In other words: if you, the author, and the characters you write have no empathy, then what you write will be like "a castle in the sky falling from the sky." The words will only make people feel void and have no texture. This is a taboo of all novel authors. Having said the above, come back and look at Yizui. In "Unlimited Robot War", you will occasionally see him mentioning his real life. Before writing the novel, he worked as a teacher and was the father of a lovely girl, but he divorced the girl's mother. If you apply these realities to his novels, you will feel that there are many "castles falling from the sky"-style plots in his novels. For example, in "The Return of Robot War", the protagonist operates through a very strange relationship between characters. In order to maximize the benefits for oneself, he even became the speaker of PLANT; another example is the second world "Macross F" in "Unlimited Robots". The protagonist made the president laugh through "three sentences" and then gave way to himself. These plots made me look confused, the handling of interpersonal relationships, the cruelty of party-to-party opposition, and the balance of interests of all parties. These politically realistic things are simply child's play in Yizui's writing, and the writing has no texture. Why is this happening? That's because Yizui, a person who has never even been a principal in reality, wants his protagonist to be the speaker or even president in the story. This kind of author cannot empathize with the character at all. How can a "castle falling from the sky" style plot impress readers? He committed this taboo as a novelist. The above is the emptiness of the plots in Yizui's works, and then let's talk about the textured parts. The protagonists in Yizui's works often lead his subordinates to fight, or say something to persuade his juniors or subordinates. Although I personally think that some plots are not even interesting, this type of plot still makes me feel very vivid. That is because he has been a teacher in the real world, has led students, and has life prototypes; and in his three movies Among the novels with millions of words in total, the plot that moved me and made me think it was really well written was the story of rescuing Stella and the children from the Alliance in the world of "Mech J" in "Mech War Unlimited", and the subsequent interactions with the children and Lux. Although the text is plain, the plot is very vivid and unusually textured, which makes me think it is very interesting. Why is this happening? That's because Yizui really has a lovely daughter in the real world. Although he and his wife are divorced, he has had the life experience of a family of three living happily together. For him, these things have real real life prototypes to use as reference, not "castles in the sky falling from the sky", so he can write well. Yizui is the only author who writes about the unlimited flow of machine combat in Qidian. I am willing to spend so much money to read the original version of his novel to support him, and I am also a loyal fan of his. So I would like to make a small suggestion, that is, I hope that Yizui will not let the protagonist in his novel use some lofty life experiences or plots. The author himself has no similar experience in real life. How can you write a decent story based on experience? Just write about the protagonist starting from a small person in the new world. By strengthening his combat strength, accumulating military merits, fighting hard battles, and climbing to the peak of life little by little, it will be enough. If you cannot find the empathy of the high-level characters, it will be much easier for the lower-level characters. Don't write some castle-like plots. Also, if Yi Zui really wants to make a living as a novel writer, he must take his works seriously in the future. This is his third novel, and there are still typos in it. "Zai" and "Zai" are still unclear. The most unbearable thing is that if something is wrong, it will be wrong, and it will be deleted after publishing it. What's the point of not changing it in the future? For another example, a "D-class machine" setting suddenly popped up in this novel. Apart from old fans like me, which new reader can understand it? How could such a text that discourages newcomers be written? Has Yizui never thought about fans accepting new ones, so he just keeps resting on his laurels? To put it more importantly, Yizui lacks even the most basic professionalism for his work. How can he succeed if he continues like this! Looking back at this point, I actually felt a little funny that I typed so many words into this crappy post. Maybe as a loyal fan, I feel deeply responsible for Yizui Ai. Finally, let's end this post with a quote from a great man: Where do people's correct thoughts come from? Did it fall from the sky? No. Is it inherent in your own mind? No. People's correct ideas come from social practice.
He didn't even say hello, then there was no sound. He looked like he was dead. Maybe he died from the epidemic before.
I haven't updated it in 22 days. If it's broken, just let me know and wait for the next one.
Entering the palace😵
The protagonist's character design is just like the previous one. It's a waste at the beginning. It all relies on plot advantages and political methods. To be honest, when reading Gundam novels, I want to see the rise of a genius pilot, not the politics and management power. I hope the author can write about the infinite journey of a genius pilot in the next book.
Send out the outline and let your book friends help you write it!
Why is it that this person has gone to another place to start a book, or is out of the cold? 🤫 Why is there no sound?
I felt lonely reading the new chapter. I suggest that the author should not be too verbose in his inner descriptions, just like the old books. The old books are just too long-winded in their inner descriptions. It will also affect the writing style. If you write too much, it will be like a running account. Repeated mental descriptions can be more refined. You can also put some pictures in the description of the aircraft, which will make it more graphic and not watery and boring. The description should be simplified to promote the plot. Waiting for an update late at night, I felt lonely after watching it 😡😡😡 (it is recommended not to spray)
No more updates, eunuch?
Friends, has anyone seen a good novel about Macross? Even a section of a novel will do. The current search is too difficult to find the works written by the author😳
Ah, I can't keep up with it. The novel about Mecha Unlimited is about politics. There are too few battles. It's so boring to watch.
Shang incense every day, it's in vain that people who watch pirated copies still come to Qidian to support
